    Hey folks,

Best thing about it continuing to be busy is that it justifies bringing in new and unusual items and this week is no exception. I'll do my best to cover as much as I can but I'm sure I'm bound to miss an item or two. The far east saw the biggest week of incoming in months. We have to start with what I believe to be the most exciting newcomer and that's the Albino Red Head Tapajos. While this strain has been around for a bit it isn't one we've had before. Currently these are right around 1" and white. But do yourself a favor and Google a pic of the adults and you'll see why you need to be putting this on your order right now. Yes they are small at the moment with no color but these will sell on name alone. Another exciting item this week are the Albino Red Tiger Nemo Oscars. We have had these in the past but it's been years. These are very similar to the Chili Oscars but they tend to have a bit more white to  the background coloration and these came in substantially larger than what we usually get with the Chilis. And since we started with a far east Cichlid theme we'll continue that with the restocking of Apistogramma Agassizii in both Fire Gold and Double Red variants. Electric Blue Rams came in at a great size. And to round things out, both figuratively and literally, we got in a small batch of Blood Parrots.

Far East shipments were not just loaded with Cichlids this week however. Some old favorites got refills this week with a slew of Rasboras that include Harlequin, Redline, Galaxy and Emerald Dwarf. Puffers also saw multiple restocks for Spotted, Figure Eight and Dwarf. But if you your preferences lean toward the slippery and slimy then we got you covered as we got in Marble Moray, Zig Zag and Fire Eels. All are good size and all look absolutely fantastic. The bottom dweller category brought us 3" Clown Loaches, Borneo Suckers and my all time favorite Cory, Barbatus. Inverts were not going down without a fight as we got in a ton (yet still never enough) shrimp including Red Crystal, Red Cherry, Black Cherry, Bloody Mary, Pinnochio and Bamboo just to name a few.  And last but not least we finally got a huge restocking of Discus including the immensely popular Singapore 2.5-3" assorted.

Colombia got in late last night but I still managed to grab a few pics of the incoming as you'll see below. Most exciting item is probably the least colorful but most certainly one of the more interesting in appearance and that would be the Shoehead Cats. I wouldn't even know where to begin with a verbal description so I'm glad we have a really good pic of one in the photo gallery down below. Can't believe we got these restocked so quickly but we did get in another batch of large Barracuda. Gold Tetras are back for the first time in over a month. Banjo Cats are a bit on the small size but are showing very nice patterns. Giant Otos continue to come in at an impressive size. And if you're in the market for Plecos then we got you covered this week with restocks on Royal, Snowball, Butterfly, and Yellow Spot aka Sabaji L-75. Also have decent numbers on both small and large Green Phantoms with a smattering of super nice Blues.

And to round things out we of course have some Florida  raised highlights. My favorite has to to be the new strain of Gold Pearl Gourami to emerge recently. These retain the typical spotted pattern of the original but have a very eye catching gold/green hue to them. Great size on these too especially since the standards are running small at them moment. Rainbows continue to shine in just about every offering but if you've never carried the Blehri then this is the week to try them. Size and color are about as good as they get on these. But if it's Cichlids you're looking for then it's Cichlids we got. We probably have the largest number of assorted Peacocks I have ever seen here including medium, large and XL. Everything from pure strains to OB hybrids. No matter what you're flavor is we got you covered. This is a great time to maintain inventory levels while the busy season Marches on. Yes, that was a horrible play on words on purpose lol.

Shoehead Cats are in for the first time in years! One of the most unique species out there given their odd shape and well deserved namesake these guys are sure to turn a few heads.
Manage to keep getting restocks on Giant Otos. These guys have been coming in huge and holding up great. Fantastic maintenance species especially for large planted aquariums.
Gold Tetras are back but like usual I doubt these will be here for very long.
New Royal Plecos are significantly larger than the last batch with relatively clean fins.
Banjo Cats might just be the most desirable ugly fish there is in the hobby lol.

Most of the Yellow Spot aka Sabaji L-75 Plecos are much bigger than this but since they just came in I wanted a pic of one showing color and this was the best candidate.
Last 'Cudas flew out of here so quickly I never got a chance to set some aside for Global. Well I'm not gonna let that happen again so these are going to be limited.
Butterfly Plecos are the perfect size. Not so big where they cam e in stressed but big enough to be showing their amazing contrasting pattern.
Medium Sliver Arowanas are a bit on the small side but that never seems to matter for these eventual "River Monsters".

No, I didn't accidently put Chili Oscars in again. This is one of the new Albino Red Tiger Nemo Oscars. This is a less common strain that albeit similar to the Chili has some variations all it's own. These get more white undertones as they settle in. Patterns are highly variable as some are rather ornate where as others are more monochromatic. Either way this is another stunning aquarium strain and these came in at a significantly larger size (around4") than what we typically see with the Chilis.
Albino Red Head Tapajos might just be one of the most stunning Geos as adults. Google a pic of these and you'll see what I'm talking about. These are about 1" now but will be well worth the effort to grow these out.
Fire Gold Apistos have been selling out so quickly every time we get them in we have to keep increasing the quantities and yet it still doesn't seem to be enough.
Double Red Agassizii are running a nice solid size with well colored up males in the group. These are mixed sex and looks to be about a 50/50 male/female ratio.
Gold Roseline Sharks came in bold and bright right out of the bag. Once settled these outshine their natural occurring counterparts. Put these over black gravel with a black background and you can see these from Mars.
BB Gobies are all over the map when it comes to size but that never seems to matter as these always sell out in the blink of an eye. Though technically brackish as long as you keep these guys under hard water conditions with a proper diet they usually tend to hold up quite well.
This is just a friendly heads up that Dwarf Pea Puffers are back in stock. No need to say much else as they always sell themselves.
Unlike their more common brackish water counterparts the Clouded Archers are a true freshwater species making them much more appealing to the average hobbyist.
New batch of Barbatus Cories (THE greatest species of Cory in the world) came in nearly twice the size of the last batch. That still leaves them relatively small (Around1-1.25") but much more obvious as to what they're going to look like as adults.
3" Clown Loaches are back but in very limited numbers so order early. These look nearly twice the size of the regulars.
Pro tip: any time you're trying to catch a Borneo sucker out of a shop tank, have a driver's license or credit card handy. Gently coax them onto it then you can slide them right into the net. Much less stressful on them vs trying pull them off the glass.

If you haven't kept Marble Moray Eels before these are a brackish water species that does well with moderate salt levels and thrive best initially when offered easy to catch live prey such as ghost shrimp.
4-6" Zig Zag Eels are on point for size this week and their pattern is wicked sharp.
    Bettas
    Fancy Plakat
    Koi
    Show Koi
    Tetras
Rosy Tetras may be considered to be a "poor man's" Candy Cane Tetra but I couldn't disagree more. Once these settle in they're every bit as nice as well as having better contrast in the fins.
    Penguins. Are. Huge. Mic drop.
Glass Bloodfins are about as big as I've seen in quite some time. These have a greenish sheen to them making them the perfect cross between a regular Bloodfin and Green Fire. No, these are not a hybrid it's just a comparison.
Lemon Tetras should fill this week as we have a decent number on hand despite their erratic availability as of late.
If you're in need of Serpaes this week definitely go with the longfins. Been more consistent in fill rates lately and just a better looking option overall.

Have a new variant of Gold Pearl Gouramis available this week. These are Florida raised and have a very unique gold/green sheen over them. Not washed out like some of the other strains and retain their "pearly" pattern as well.
Gardneri Killies are some of the nicest I've seen in months. Males are huge with outstanding color.
One of these days I'll have our resident photographer (Bob) take a real photo of the Blehri Rainbows so everyone can see how amazing this incredibly overlooked species really is.
German Gold Rams have some huge, gorgeous males in the mix this week.
    Livebearers
I've featured the Firecracker Swords about a hundred times so far and will continue to do so. Can't give me one good reason not to. Just look at them. Doing just a single display tank of these would be amazing.
If you're looking for some baseline Swords to fill your inventory then this is the week to do it. Lots to choose from including these good ole fashioned Marigolds.
Same as the previous slide but in "Wag" form.
Probably about as Velvety as Velvet Wags get. That isn't always the case with this strain.
Assorted Lyretails add a little more flare than your standard Swords do. Nice variety of colors in the mix this week as well.
Red Tiger Platies are worth every extra cent this week. Overall size is great and color is...well you got eyes.
    Old World Cichlids
Got a handful of large Ndiwe Fire Haps available this week. I'll put these up against any saltwater fish any day of the week.
As usual the large assorted peacocks some Haps in the mix like this male Lithobates.
Got a handful of male Benga Sunshine Peacocks this week. Fantastic strain of one of the most popular Peacocks of all time.
Medium Blue Dolphin Moorii came in late last week but didn't have time to get them into the email so here's a prime example of what they look like.

Same as the previous slide there a handful of male Taiwan Reef in the large assorted Peacock mix this week. Nomenclature not withstanding it's a great value grab bag at the moment.
Another example of the XL "Peacocks" available this week.
I'm leaving the Msobos in cuz they're still awesome. Almost never I have these available in a large size.
3" Eupterus x Angelicus might be one of if not the best value for bigger cats this week.
