Archers are back in stock and look fantastic!
    GloFish® Starfire Red ® Angelfish
    Hey folks,
yet another great week of incoming and just in time so you can stock up for Black Friday. Better to load up now than wait till the week of. If you don't already definitely consider running some Black Friday fish specials. I've always been amazed at how many people don't do this. People take advantage of any deals they can get this time of year. And while not many people give the gift of fish they usually won't turn down killer deals. With that in mind we have an entire section down below dedicated to just some of the specials we're running this week. This way you can take advantage and pass the savings onto your customers generating some extra revenue for the Holiday season.

As I mentioned good week for incoming and Colombia was no exception. Seems like just about everything came in oversized and in really nice shape. Also got in a few gems that we haven't had in a while. Don't want to spoil it so I'll let you discover for yourself down below.

Lots of nice far east imports including a new batch of Blue Kerri Tetras. These are fantastic looking and I would say they're more purple than blue. Also got in some really nice Green Fire Tetras that are already showing pretty good color. Another exciting import are the Clown Rasboras. Haven't had these in forever and they came in looking great. Nice size and already showing good color on their first day here. Already mentioned the Archers at the top but have to mention them again as it's one of the nicest batches we've had in a while.

In addition to imports got in some nice Florida fish both farm raised and wild collected. Most impressive have to be the Mayan aka False Red Terror Cichlids. Both sizes are absolute beasts and are by far the best value pick of the week. Got a bunch more Florida raised African Cichlids this week including Kyoga Flamebacks and OB Redfin Borleyi. Both look great and are also a good value. And while they're not new the albino Red Empress are starting to show some really nice color.

So as you can see plenty to choose from to start stocking up for the sure to be busy Holiday season. Contact your rep if you have any questions.

Gulpers are back! Good size on these, most about 4-5". These will eat fish almost as large as themselves and make a fun wet pet.
Ninja Mosaic Woodcats are also back for the first time in awhile. Stunning contrasting black with a white underbelly, these are as good of a size as we've had in and look very healthy in the vat.
"Agassizii" corys are huge. Almost as big as the wild brochis come in, absolute units.
Spotted Raphael, also have a handful of stripped which are quite a bit bigger.
Have to showcase the pike cichlids once again. This batch is very mixey between bellycrawlers and sveni-types, but there's a couple huge ones in the group.
    Butterfly Pleco.
    Tetras
Blue Kerri Tetras are some of the nicest I've ever seen come through here. Size is much bigger than usual and color is outstanding.
New Green Fire Tetras are starting to color up already and they've only been here a couple of days. Some are showing bright red with green body color. Neat addition to any tetra section.
Green Neons are back in stock and as usual they're pretty small. But as usual they'll sell out in a hurry. Sometimes it's all about the name.
Starting to get more Florida raised Penguin Tetras in stock as opposed the far east imports that have been coming in. Size is starting to get smaller as we head into the cooler months and growth rates start to slow down but still looking vey nice and holding up really well.
Rosey Tetras continue come in pretty regularly as opposed to their closely related Candy Cane cousins. These are a great alternative as these tend to have better availability this time of year.
Silver Hatchets continue to come in solid. Summer can be a little rough on these guys but the in between fall temps seem to favor them as they are holding up great.
Red Hooks have been here a couple weeks now and are looking fantastic. Fins are really clean and size is great.
    Cichlids
German Gold Rams are finally back in stock. A bit on the small side but color is excellent. Great alternative to their blue counterpart which is unavailable this week. Have balloon rams in stock this week as well which are also very nice.
5" Green Terrors that are available this week are closer to 4" but look great. For whatever reason these have been short supply most of the year at any size so stock up while you can.
Got in a new batch of Lemon Oscars late last week. Nice bright yellow coloration on these as usual, they seldom disappoint. I was never a huge fan of the far east morphs until I started carrying them in my stores and saw how quickly they sell. Plus the color only gets better on these as they mature.
Got in a couple of sizes on Florida collected Mayan aka False Red Terror Cichlids. Color is great and these are all WAY over list size. This one is listed at 3-5". Definitely 6"+. Price point is great and these are gonna sell out in a hurry.
Geophagus Sveni are available in very limited numbers. If you're unfamiliar with this species Google it. One of the most impressive Geos out there. Most of the pics online are not oversaturated, they really do get that bright.
Kyoga Flameback Haps are available for the first time in a while. This is a Florida strain and definitely not pure. However if you have customers looking for bright, colorful, relatively inexpensive cichlids and aren't hung up on exact taxonomy then look no further.
OB Redfin Borleyi are in stock at regular size for the first time. We've had these as mediums and adults and the color is amazing. They may start off as ugly ducklings but this size is very affordable for a morph that grows up to be one of the most attractive ones out there.
Sulfur Peacocks are already starting to color up at a relatively small size. Which means by the time they're around 2" they'll be close to adult coloration. This is one of my absolute favorite peacocks. Color isn't as gaudy as some of the more commonly available species but has great contrast with a bright gold crest.
Albino Red Empress are starting to color up and they already look amazing and are only going to get better. Only have a handful of these so act fast before they're gone.
New, Different & Just Plain Cool
Kalochroma aka Clown Rasboras are in stock for the first time in ages. These are by far one of the most impressive species in the group. Definitely not a nano species as they attain a size of nearly 4" but color is amazing on these as adults an these are already turning pink with dark purple spots.
Gold Dojos came in pretty nice size this week and look to be holding up well so far. Always a good seller .
Hujeta Rocket Gars are back in stock and bellies nice and full of feeder guppies. Keep a school of feeders on these guys for the first several days. Really helps them acclimate and hold up.
Large Panda Garras are some of the biggest ones we've seen in a while. Fantastic algae eaters and are much more manageable size than a lot of pleco species and don't turn aggressive like Chinese algae eaters.
New shipment of Sewellia Loaches got here early in the week and look great. Bright gold with jet black pinstriping pattern. Another good peaceful algae eater.
Sumo Loaches are back in stock for the first time in ages and they might be the nicest I've ever seen. This pic was taken an hour after they had been tanked and already showing pinkish orange in between the bands. Also some of the biggest I've seen come through here.
Summer may be over but so far that hasn't impacted the size and color on most Florida raised rainbows. Neon Dwarfs are always one of the top sellers and as an added bonus they're on sale this week.
Think there's only been one week we haven't included these guys in the email. They're still on special this week but as we get closer to winter size and production on these guys are going to slow down so this isn't going to last much longer.
This is one I doubt I've ever included in the email as it's such a common species you could probably find for sale even at a gas station but Pink Convicts are pretty good size with nice color and they're on special for about as cheap as they get. Just in time for a Black Friday Blowout.
Medium Koi Angels are more like a big select but the color and variegated markings on these are really nice. Angels are a staple in this hobby and you can never have too much variety.
I'm sure everyone is as sick of seeing large Tiger Barbs in the email as I am of posting them. But as long as they keep coming in big and they keep selling as well as they have been I'll keep bringing them up. Not to mention they're stupid cheap still.
2" Rainbow Shark are a better value any day of the week over the 1.5" but now that they're on sale it's a no-brainer.
Down to the last few Duckbill Jaguar cats. Pains me to put these on sale as they look absolutely amazing but unfortunately we need the space so our loss is your gain. Grab them at this stellar price as these don't come along very often.
